Immigration Sales Specialist


A Management Consultancy & Business Accelerator/ Incubator based in Toronto, Ontario. We collaborate with disruptive startups and foreign entrepreneurs in order to help them reach their greatest potential by addressing the scale-up and immigration needs.

Responsibilities

Roles

  • Full A-Z Sales process, from discovery calls to identifying clients' needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Determine required documentation the client needs to provide as per the set immigration strategy
  • Communicate with clients to obtain required documentation or advice on required changes to the documentation previously submitted
  • Submit ATIP reports and complete ATIP analysis
  • Review and analyze documents received in support of clients’ education and training, work experience, and civil status
  • Conduct research and study government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used
  • Compile all documents required for a successful submission and processing in a timely manner
  • Complete government forms required for various applications
  • Drafting submission letters, working with precedents when appropriate or writing documents from scratch
  • Meet company’s standards when dealing with customers
  • Report to Senior Immigration Consultant
  • Review and provide advice regarding client's documents
  • Submit CSE on ongoing immigration cases
  • Contact, update and inquire IRCC with respect to ongoing immigration cases
  • Conduct final review of the client’s application and related forms, supporting evidence, and documents
  • Submit the client’s application package to the appropriate IRCC Visa Office
  • Keep the client updated on any progress on the client’s case and respond to all requests from and/or on behalf of the client
  • Research immigration programs and report research results to the Senior Immigration Consultant
  • Processing Team Training sessions
Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience working with Canadian Immigration Cases
  • Superior and extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulations (TRV, PR applications, Express Entry, PNPs, Citizenship, PRTD, H&C, Work Permits, Study Permits, Family Sponsorship applications, etc.)
  • Experience in finding solutions related to various immigration pathways (LMIA/WPs, ICTs, LMIA-exempt WP, PNP, SUV etc.)
  • Ability to meet a high level of client service
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative and wiliness to learn
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, commitment to client’s success and the capacity to handle a busy workload
